Insan Charity’s field teams from have supervised the wheat cultivation for 1000 farmers in 6 villages and towns in Idlib Governorate, northwest Syria, including: Ma’rat Misrin, Zardna, Ram Hamdan, Ma’arat al-Ukhdood, Kafr Hamul, and Hazano. This is part of the project titled:
“Supporting the Wheat Value Chain, Enhancing Agricultural Capacity, and Distributing Bread to Vulnerable Groups in Northwest Syria.”
Each farmer received 125 kg of durum wheat to plant 5 dunams and 100 kg of DAP fertilizer. The project is funded by the Syria Humanitarian Fund (SCHF).
