صعوبات وتحديات … آلام وآمال
بين سهول وجبال وخيام مهترئة فيها بقية من أمل وبين طرقات وعرة وبيوت هدمتها آلة الحرب وأماكن غير آمنة في بعض الأحيان، تشق فرق التغذية الجوالة طريقها بحثاً عن حالات سوء التغذية بين النساء الحوامل والمرضعات والأطفال ما بين 6 أشهر إلى 59 شهراً حاملين معهم الأمل لأولئك الذي قست عليهم الظروف وأنهكت أجسادهم وتسببت لهم بسوء تغذية لم يكن يذكر في بلادنا الخيرة قبل الحرب …
في ظل هذا الواقع المؤلم تزرع فرق التغذية بذرة وتضيء شمعة تعمل على الوقاية وتكافح في طريق العلاج وتقدم المساعدات النقدية وقاية وعلاجاً لعل تلك الأجساد المنهكة تستعيد عافيتها وأجمل فرحة يوم يتخرج طفل أو طفلة أو امرأة حامل أو مرضع من سوء التغذية ويخرج من الدائرة الحمراء إلى الخضراء في قياس مواك كمؤشر على التعافي.
هذه المساعي الحميدة والخدمات التي تقدم لما يقرب من 11,000 امرأة حامل ومرضع وطفل لتغطي مناطق واسعة من حارم وسلقين وسرمين وبنش وما حولها من محافظة إدلب انما هي ضمن مشروع توفير خدمات التغذية ودعم سلسلة قيمة القمح للعوائل الأكثر ضعفاً في شمال غرب سوريا قامت منظمة إنسان وبدعم من صندوق التمويل الإنساني #SCHF

Challenges and Difficulties … Pain and Hope
Amidst plains, mountains, and tattered tents holding remnants of hope, across rugged paths, homes demolished by the harshness of war, and sometimes unsafe areas, Rapid Response teams carve their way, searching for cases of malnutrition among pregnant and lactating women, and children aged 6 to 59 months. They carry hope for those whom circumstances have been harsh and whose bodies have been weakened, causing malnutrition which was unknown in our bountiful country before the war.
Amid this painful reality, the nutrition teams plant a seed and light a candle, working on prevention and fighting on the path to treatment. They provide Cash Voucher Assistance for both prevention and treatment, hoping that those exhausted bodies will regain health. The greatest joy is the day a child, woman, pregnant woman, or lactating mother is treated of malnutrition, moving from the red to green on the MUAC test as an indicator of recovery.
These noble efforts and services, provided to approximately 11,000 pregnant and lactating women (PLW), and children, cover vast areas of Harim, Salqin, Sarmin, Bennsh, and their surroundings in Idlib Province. This is part of the project to provide nutrition services and support the wheat value chain for the most vulnerable families in Northwest Syria, carried out by Insan Charity Organization with the support of the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF).
