• ان منظمة إنسان الخيرية هي منظمة إنسانية محلية مستقلة تأسست في مطلع عام 2013 في سوريا وتم ترخيصها في تركيا في 2017م. تعمل على تقديم الدعم للنازحين وذوي الحاجة في شمال سوريا وتعمل في عدة قطاعات أبرزها الأمن الغذائي والصحة والتغذية بالإضافة إلى الاستجابة الطارئة، وتعمل على تقديم الخدمة بطريقة احترافية تقوم على الشفافية والمساءلة أمام السكان المتضررين، كما أنها تعمل على تعزيز الدعم للفئات الهشة وخاصة المرأة والطفل وذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع
• ومن أهداف المنظمة (دعم الإنتاجية والعمل التنموي وتأهيل المنشآت والأفراد للوصول إلى الاكتفاء الذاتي)
  ضمن اطار عملها في توفير احتياجات النازحين فان منظمة انسان تعلن رغبتها باستجرار عروض أسعار لشراء (300طن) لمادة الطحين نوع 650 مناسب لصناعة الخبز السوري حسب مواصفات موجودة في دفتر الشروط, بالظرف المختوم, بالنسبة للشركات التركية يسلم الى مكتب منظمة انسان – في مكتب تركيا – الريحانية- Yeni mah.Mehmet akif ersoy cad. no 70/15 . , ضمن أوقات الدوام من 9:00 صباحا وحتى 4:00 عصراً عدا يومي السبت والأحد. وبالنسبة للشركات السورية مكتب منظمة انسان الخيرية في سوريا – ادلب – معرة مصرين – طريق سوق الهال – خلف مركز النور للتدفئة، ضمن أوقات الدوام من 8:00 صباحا وحتى 3:00 عصراً عدا يوم يوم الجمعة.

INSAN Charity Organization is an independent local humanitarian organization established in early 2013 in Syria and licensed in Turkey in 2017. It works to provide support to the displaced and people in need in northern Syria and works in several sectors, most notably food security, health and nutrition, in addition to emergency response, and works to provide service in a professional manner based on transparency and accountability to the affected population. It also works to strengthen support for vulnerable groups, especially women, children and people with disabilities in society.
Among the objectives of the organization (supporting productivity and development work and rehabilitating facilities and individuals to reach self-sufficiency)
Within the framework of its work in providing the needs of the displaced, the Insan charity Organization announces its desire to obtain price offers for the purchase of (300 tons) of flour, type 650, suitable for the Syrian breadmaking, according to the specifications in the book of conditions, in the sealed envelope, for Turkish companies. No. 70/15. , Within working hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, except on Saturday and Sunday. for the Syrian companies, the office of INSAN Charitable Organization in Syria – Idlib – Maarat Misrin – Al-Hal Market Road – behind Al-Noor Heating Center, within working hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, except on Friday.
